Introduction     

The Intern ICT: Business Analysts is responsible to provide a highly reliable IT services to internal Service’s SETA clients, providing technical solutions that address the strategic business needs. In this regard; the incumbent must provide first level support to end-users in relation to information and communication incidents. Furthermore; the incumbent must ensure the provision of expert assistance, guidance and informal training regarding all problems relating to the stability of networks, workstations and desktops, via online electronic interface or via telephone contact. Lastly; the role is responsible to assist with the maintenance of the computer system technology platform and applications at the desktop level.
