SANDF Application Forms

The application forms for the 2025 South African National Defense Force (SANDF) Military Skills Development System (MSDS). 

Application requirements:

• The application form must be signed and dated by the applicant.
  
• The application must include a detailed CV.
  
• Applicants applying for more than one post must submit a separate form for each post.
  
• Applicants may need to submit certified copies of qualifications and other documents for the interview.
  
• Applicants may need to submit original stamped printouts from the Persol System.
  
• Applicants may need to submit a SAQA evaluation report for foreign qualifications.
  
• Applicants may need to submit a certified copy of proof of permanent residence in South Africa.
  
• Applicants may need to disclose any pending criminal, disciplinary, or other adverse allegation or investigation.
  
• Applicants may need to provide the full names, address, and telephone numbers of at least three references.
  

Additional information 

• The requirements to join the SA Air Force (SAAF), Navy (SAN), and the Military Health Service (SAMHS) may differ from the SA Army.
