Fidelity Security Officers – Control Room Operators

The overall purpose of this position is to ensure that all site-specific security requirements are adhered to and that the Client’s needs are efficiently and professionally met at all times.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Grade C PSIRA registered and accredited
• Must Reside in the Middelburg/Witbank area
• Computer Literate in MS Office, CCTV, etc
• Must be able to work under pressure and for extended hours as and when required
• Strong ability to work shifts
• Work independently and within a team.
• A minimum of one years’ experience in the Security Industry Control room or Call Centre
• Fluent in English
• No criminal record or any Pending Cases
• Must: ha rolable and trustworthy
• Call Centre or Control Room Experience
